Installing WinGroove under Windows Vista / Windows Seven / Windows Eight:
[IMPORTANT NOTE: You MUST be running an x86/32bit edition of Windows Vista,
 Windows 7 or Windows 8 in order to install the WinGroove MIDI Software.
 IT WILL NOT INSTALL NOR RUN UNDER x64/64bit/Itanium editions of Windows!]

Download either the wg0a4_e.exe or wg0a5.exe file onto a Vista/Win7/Win8 computer.
Right-click on either file, choose its Properties and on the Advanced tab,
check the option "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select
Windows XP (Service Pack 2).  Click OK and run the Wingroove setup EXE file
to extract the files and setup Wingroove.

If you need to set WinGroove as your default MIDI synth in either Windows Vista,
Windows 7 or Windows 8 (because the options to choose the MIDI Output device are no
longer there, download the Vista MIDI tool from this web site:
http://www.benryves.com/products/vistamidi
then run the Vista MIDI Tool, select WinGroove as the Default MIDI Output device
and click OK to make changes.
